Rope Anchors and "What the heck is this?"

I have these brass rope anchors and one is broken and the other is missing the screw on attachment. Anyone know where I can get parts for these?

I also have four clamp type brass pieces that I have no idea what they are. Help?

The bottom picture is a ladder / railing wedge for securing them in the mounts. It don't have a clue what the top picture is.

If you are going to use the wedges, replace the bolts and washers with stainless steel. You can get them at any hardware store or Lowes / Home Depot. If the existing bolts do not unscrew, soak them with Nut Buster or other penetrating fluid for 30 minutes or more. WD40 will not work. If the soaking does not work, you can use a propane torch to heat the wedge for 30 seconds or so. Try the bolt, heat again if necessary.

I figured out what anchors these are. Perma Cast P172B. Ordered some online but not sure if I'm getting one or two.
