help me find replacement a cartridge

The thing is, I can't find any of these in stock anywhere.... Will I be able to use a cartridge of similar dimensions (i.e. not exact) and any recommendations?

I wasn't having any luck either. You might be better-off calling someplace like Inyopools.com directly. They have a good library of resources and may be able to cross-reference that part number to another brand we don't normally have access to on-line.
