I am slamming my pool after it developed some green algae. I went out to test this morning and calculated my needed chlorine to bring it up to shock level (16 wit my CYA @40ppm). well, I must have still been sleepy because I added 37 cups of chlorine instead of 37oz! WOOOPS....well, thats one way to SLAM the snot out of it, LOL. hahaha. There's your daily dose of dumb-dumb for the day! You're welcome!

It happens. Hope it's sunny and burns off quickly for you. Someone told me that experience is what you get the minute after you need it! If you need to bring it down to swim or if you're worried about bleaching the vinyl, there's a couple of options for that, but it will burn off fairly quickly if it's sunny.
I just brushed the liner and Im sure that all the stuff I stirred up will bring it down. Plus, it will be a very sunny day. I hate algae, its ruining my tan!
