Hayward Heater "Sb" Code - Stuck in Standby and Service

Thank you in advance for your help. My heater is stuck in standby and service with the error code Sb. I understand that means stuck button - however, I've replaced the keypad (see picture attachment). The same thing happened, no change.

Can you please tell me what I need to do?

Ah the old SB (Stuck Button) error. Yes sometimes the SB error doesn't mean a bad keypad. Yet another issue Hayward has with these units. You will also need a Display Board. I would get the new board and then try both keypads and if your old keypad works, see if you can return the other one. Or keep it for when the original one does break.
