Question: On my CYA test, if I can no longer see the black dot on the tube at the 25 mark. Do I need to add 38oz by volume of stabilizer as indicated on PoolMath to reach the goal of 40?

Question: On my CYA test, if I can no longer see the black dot on the tube at the 25 mark. Do I need to add 38oz by volume of stabilizer as indicated on PoolMath to reach the goal of 40?

Usually, CYA results are rounded up to the next "10" number, so 25 would be read as 30.

Better to under-add and have to add more, than over add and get CYA too high.
