I am seeing rust spots on my vinyl liner. I read the article on treating stains. Where is the best place to buy the vitamin c tabs and do I just apply them right to the stain.

You can get Vitamin C tablets at most big retail stores (i.e. Wal-Mart) in the pharmacy section. For a very small spot, you can try rubbing a tablet directly to the stain. Or you can place a few tablets into a white sock or something similar to contain them. Then you can crush them help hold flatter against the pool surface/stain.
