Mineral magnet or sequa Sol??

Have you tried linking your photos from Photobucket? That's what many of us do here on TFP. Upload your pics to Photobucket (free), then copy & paste the IMG code for that pic from Photobucket to your TFP post. Works great.

Also, you can try going to the bottom of your quick reply post where it says “Go Advanced”, and then down to where it says “Manage Attachments”. It may let you upload them that way. They may show-up large because you can't adjust the size of the attachment, but it may work.

As for mineral magnets and Sequa Sol, there are mixed reviews out there. Perhaps your best and most reliable method of metals management is to add a sequestrant based on HEDP, phosphonic acid, or phosphonic acid derivatives which TFP has found to be the most effective. ProTeam's Metal Magic and Jack's Magic the Pink Stuff (regular), the Blue Stuff (fresh plaster), and the Purple Stuff (SWG) are some of the top sequestrants. You can also find other brands with similar products, some of which are noticeably less expensive.

In the end, with a pool that small, it would idea if you could have some fresh water trucked-in and avoid the metal issue altogether.

Lastly, if there is ANY doubt that the green might be algae-related, feel free to post a full set of water test results. Maybe it will help.
