I noticed that my filter pressure gauge only works when the pump is priming; as soon as it starts running at my set RPM (750), the gauge drops to 0. During priming it's around 22. This doesn't seem normal to me, as there should be pressure while the pump is running right?
Is the Filter Pressure Gauge supposed to work only during Priming?

At low pump speeds, it is very common for the gauge to not register. Just comes down to the quality of the gauges I think. Nothing to worry about. Just check the pressure at higher speed to determine filter cleaning time.
