Would the solution turn pink right away if CC are present? If I let it sit after testing for FC and put the drops in to test CC it will turn pink while doing the other tests. Same with FC, if I let it sit long enough it will begin to turn pink again after testing for FC. Does this mean anything?

The FAS-DPD test will only turn pink right away when FC is present, regardless of the CC level. If you leave it sitting on the counter for several minutes after finishing the test, or after finishing just the FC portion, it will turn pink again, and that doesn't mean anything.
So same with the CC part of test, it will instantly turn pink if CC are present, regardless if it turns pink later?
Yes, when you put in the 5 drops of the reagent for the CC test if CC is present it should turn pink as soon as it starts to mix.
