help with Sun grabber panels

I have 2 2x20 Sun grabber panels that I have used for the last 3 years. The end of last year both of them got a couple of pin holes so I just rolled them back up and put them in storage. I was wondering if anyone had any ideal on how to patch or fix them. Buying a new set is not in the budget as of now and this 72 degree water is just not cutting it.
