Does anyone know what size spring the Hayward Pool Vac Ultra uses behind the pod feet? My vac is only about a year and a half old and the pods themselves are still in good shape but some how I lost a spring. The vac moves very slowly in a circle without all of its springs. I don't think that Hayward sells this part separate from their pod kits.

I just had this happen! I found the spring that came off, but I can't figure out "HOW" to get it back in. The pods themselves look kind of sealed. Not sure if I can get it apart to put the spring back in???
If your cleaner is less than two years old it is still under warranty. Hayward offers a two year warranty on their Ultra Vac and other Navigator cleaners.
