PH has me just a little nervous.

Pentair says that the intellichlor IC-40 will cause PH to stabilize around 7.8 and I guess they are right. Seems like everyone here recommends adding muriatic acid when PH gets to 7.8. My problem is I don't ever seem to get there. Last time I added muriatic acid was April 5th and that was when I was adding a bunch of other stuff trying to get the water in balance.

Sigh, since I can't pour stuff into the pool I'll have to content myself with playing with the SWCG. Let's see, FC is a little high, I had it up for a party on Memorial Day, guess I should turn it back down to 10%.

I think I'm going to enjoy my Trouble Free Pool this year.

As long as PH is between 7.5 and 7.8 you are fine. From your description you are just fine and don't need to worry about it.
