My 18' x 9' Intex Ultra pool is going up later today on a smooth and level concrete base. I have some EVA Interlocking Foam Mats (1 cm deep) that will be going under it. I assume it would make sense for these to go under the legs as well?

Just giving your post a bump for more visibility. You may have already installed your pads, but wanted to get this post moving again just in case. Actually, I wouldn't think anything would go under the legs (posts) so that the legs/posts are firmly on their support base(s), but perhaps some other AGP owners have done the same as you suggested.
