Can't find capacitor. HELP?

I have a cheap pump. It came with the Pro Series AG pool. CP2000 cartridge pump.
The unit is just humming. Not doing anything else.
I took the capacitor out and had it tested. It is dead!

This is a CBB61, 14uf, +/- 5%, 250 VAC, 3 terminal/ prong. Squareven capacitor.
I can't find a source. I have asked State Electric, Grainger, every pool store in the county, HVAC repair shops, Lowes, Home Depot, Graybar, Wesco, etc..... eBay has one but not 3 prong. Amazon doesn't have the right voltages. I have struck out. My pool is just sitting there without a pump. Help!

Since it's a single uf value, two of the terminals are connected internally.

Find one that matches the 14uf, 50/60 hertz, physical size and matches or exceeds the voltage rating and it'll work fine.

If you can't find one with spade lugs, you can add male spade connectors to the leads and use those.
