Water leaked into light fixture. Change whole fixture or just bulb and gasket?

My pool light went out a while ago and I took out the fixture to fix it and noticed it was full of water. Should I replace just the bulb and the seal or is the entire fixture most likely bad?

The answer to your question depends on the age of the fixture and why it is leaking.

If its old, older than 2000, I would replace the fixture.

Otherwise replace the bulb and the gasket and see if it stays dry.
