Pool Panel Ready For Equipment...Contractor Discount?

I am building a house and went ahead and did the "pool panel" option. This included a 60 amp electrical circuit, water line, and 220 volt electrical disconnect on the side of the house. I have this placed exactly where the pool equipment will be placed. When I mention this to builders, they don't really say much....1) I thought this would make their lives easier.....they don't have to mess with electricity and walls in my house. 2) Shouldn't the labor / materials they would have been required to perform be backed out of bids? What is a reasonable amount to expect for them to back out?

I would not expect much, maybe a few hundred. Basic service is probably already included and if they had to do more than normal, they would charge extra.
