Thanks everyone. It's been a lot of work putting this together. I could tell some stories....

The pool took 7 months to put in, in the rainiest year we had in a while. I wound up getting the pool sales guy and the foreman fired - and managed most of the job to get it finished, and fired the landscaper and took over from there. The BBQ I thought would take at most two months - and wound up taking two summers (the pool equipment is behind the BBQ). This year, we "replaced" much of the landscape, as the gardener I had just trimmed everything as if it were a hedge and it all got woody and overgrown. Oh, and I fired the gardener (had him for 10 years) for that and other reasons... and knew I'd have time to take care of it this summer (saw the layoff coming miles away).

Now - If I could just get the pond to look as clear as the pool (FC=0... and needs to stay THERE ;) ).
