First time pool owner here in Boca Raton, FL. The previous owner had a service "taking care" of the pool (barely). Broke it off with them when they told me a new filter was going to cost me twice(literally) the amount I could get it for on amazon. For now I have been going to Leslie's to keep it in swimming condition until I get a test kit. One thing that I will be posting soon is a pic of my pump situation. So many valves! The (approx. 16x32) pool does have an attached spa with two small waterfalls going into the main pool, and two small fountains that worked at some point. Hopefully I can get some assistance with i.d.'ing the function of some of the valves. I have been soooo tempted to just start turning valves while the pump is going, but I have resisted. Looking forward to gaining the knowledge to maintain my pool.

Thanks in advance!
