Asking About Levels

I have a 15000 Gallon inground plaster pool that I am trying to use the BBB method on. My filter is DE and runs about 9 hours a day. It rained last night and my readings with my taylor K-2005 test kit this morning were

FC-3
TC-3
PH-7.5
TA-100
CH-80
Borates- 0
Temp 84F

Based on the pool calculator I should add 3 cups 7oz of bleach to increase chlorine. Should I do anything about increasing CH and borates? or what would be recommended I add?

What your FC level should be is entirely dependent on your CYA level. What is that at? How are you testing?

Yes, CH needs to come up to at least 250 ppm.

FC was tested on my taylor K2005 test kit. CYA is at 40. Pool service is kinda rough so i'd say its plaster, pool is inground

Yes, likely plaster. Although, we drove through Houston recently and there were lots of fiberglass pool shops on 45. Post a pic and we can tell for sure.

Based on my CH reading this morning it was at 90. The calculator shows I should add 29Lbs of calcium to bring it up. Does that sound about right?

Yes, if your pool is plaster raise CH to 250 ppm or so.
