Aqua Rite Current Limiter Replacement

On this past Sunday, I noticed that my pool was cloudy. Checked chlorine --> 0; even at return. Checked Aqua Rite --> no lights. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and noticed that the flow LED flashed for ~ 45 sec, then the generating LED came on for ~10 sec. I did an internet search and found this site. Ordered the current limiter from Digikey and it arrived today (Tuesday). I followed the numerous threads on how to replace it and now it works!

This is exactly what my swg is doing. Before reading these threads, I thought the pcb was bad. I just put in a new circuit board and the display does the same thing. Flashing no flow -45sec, then Gen sanitizer about 10sec, then off.
Any thoughts?
