Resting an out of level pool?

Should be resetting, sorry

Seen a lot of websites about how to easy level a pool that's tilted. They are all about empty the pool and raise the vertical support posts. That won't be a problem. But don't I need to fill up inside the rail where I already placed styrofoam? Any good suggestions on how to get dirt under the styrofoam? I have already cut the liner so I don't want to take it out.

Generally it's not a good idea to back fill under a pool unless special precautions are taken, which require the liner to be taken out.
