Does a way exist to test CC at 0.2/drop immediately after testing FC at 0.5/drop? Is this a question for Taylor? Is this testing possible with a different kit (e.g., TF-100)?

No. Unless you created a custom diluted solution of R-0871 for the purpose. Then of course, the onus of accuracy would be on you and the prepared solution. Probably not a good idea.
