Under contruction in Kansas

Hello everyone,

New to the forum and new to pool ownership. I have finally caved to the demands of the family and got onboard with the idea of getting a pool. Currently there is a rather large hole in the back yard with panels set in place and that is about all so far. The only question I have so far is that is there anything anyone wished they would have done while the pool was under construction? It seems like I still have time for changes or different ideas. Thanks for any help!!

if your steps will be outset from the main body of the pool, put a return on each side of the steps so the debris will be blown out. Otherwise, its a daily task brushing the dirt off the steps.
