What can I use to clean my cover? I just openned pool today and want to store it but also don't want to become moldy in storage.

You should have received a mesh bag to store the cover in, if so - no problem with mold! The cover will dry in the bag 8)
However!, you do want to store the cover someplace that mice and carpenter ants won't get into it- they will chew holes through the cover making their nests
