Latest numbers on my new pool.

    Tested this morning...

    FC 2
    TC 2
    CC 0
    PH 7.4
    TA 110
    Salt 3400
CYA 40 (added 60oz of stabilizer per TFP calculator to bring it up to 70)

Plan on doing Borats next week!

Assuming you are using a SWG, your numbers look good. The increased CYA level should bring up the FC level as the CYA dissolves. At some point, not right now, you will probably need to turn down the percentage on the SWG.

If you have problems with rapidly rising PH, you will want to lower your TA. If you don't have problems, it is fine where it is.

If you are not using a SWG, your FC level is too low. With a CYA of 40, FC should be at least 3.

    Hi Kenny,

Now would be a good time to add all your pool and equipment specs in your sig. Info on 'how to' is in Pool School.

You will not have to add it each time you post and we will have the info available to help us responding.
