Hayward CL220

No shut off valve that I know of or see.

Looks like we will be converting to SWG sooner rather than later but we are going away this weekend so I need to figure something out.

Probably just a bad lid oring cl200k. The lid comes apart. Pop off the top cover plate with a flat screwdriver to access the lid nut. Remove the nut to disassemble the lid and access the oring.

If you need a quick solution, you can remove the chlorinator and run one side of the tubing from one pipe to the other. The tubing nuts unscrew and the tubing pulls out.

Leaks from the lid. O ring is good. It was just replaced.
Hubsband says they're are spider cracks in the lid. I'll try to take a pic when back home.
If I disconnect one of the lines, do I need to plug where it connects to the PVC?
