Replace light fixture or bulb and gasket?

After reopening our pool this year, our pool light was no longer working. It worked OK when the pool was closed, or at least shortly before that.

I finally got around to taking the light out and looking at it... the pictures are attached.

I confirmed with a multimeter that the bulb is dead, but electricity is being supplied to the fixture. But the bulb and fixture both look a little bit corroded to me. Should I replace the fixture, or just replace the gasket and bulb?

Thanks for any help,

Ed
