Please excuse my ignorance, but I am a true novice to pool maintenance. Since I am expecting guests, I wanted to ensure that my SPA (attached
to pool and connected via a waterfall) was still working properly. I had last used it in March and everything was fine. The spa started fine, the heater worked,
but when i turned both off the "cool down" cycle did not stop. Jets kept spewing air. I finally manually stopped pump. After an hour or so, I started just
the pump, which worked, but water was being drained from Spa into the pool. It stopped everything, but am wondering what might be causing that.
The filter was cleaned just recently by my MTC company, and I am wondering whether they moved any of the levers?? Any insights would
be welcome.
