FC loss question

Depend on the CYA level. If the CYA is constant, then no, the FC loss rate is higher at higher FC/CYA ratios.
 
Depends on what you mean by the same. It is the same in that the loss is 2 ppm of chlorine for both cases and you would need to add 2 ppm to get back to the original values.
