I noticed today that when I turned my spa pump on, one of my 6 return jets wasn't blowing as hard as all the rest. The other 5 I could actually see the water fully blowing hard out of the returns creating a strong visible stream under water, the other one wasn't producing this visible stream like the rest, but was still returning water at a pretty good rate. I could feel it coming out strong, just not as strong as the other that were giving this stream effect. What you guys think could be the problem? Maybe something on the jet nozzle came off?

the inside of the jet may be getting worn out but most jets are not the same pressure 
Sometimes there is some debris lodged in the plumbing during construction that comes loose later and gets stuck behind a jet. Remove the jet and see if there is some stuff behind it. I think INYO Pools might have a how to video on that.
