WE sand blasted a pool,then sealer was applied. then we painted epoxy like we do with lots of pools. This pool when customer filled it the pool developed A white film on pool floor and walls???. as well with this film the color blue witch is color of epoxy is coming off on swimmers. I looked at pool and yes rub walls with my hand and yes a ting of blue. We have done lots of pools over the years and never seen this. Please help me

I am not sure you are going to find the help you are looking for. TFP is geared toward helping owners maintain their own pools.

We generally do not recommend painting or epoxy in pools as it is such a temporary solution. So, I am not sure who will know anything about your issue ... especially given the lack of information about what product you are using.
