Help with Chemicals please!

We recently took over an abandoned house. The house came with the pool which at the time that we took it over, was essentially a frog sanctuary. We had it professionally cleaned and now have it filled. However we took the water to be tested and they sold us about $120 worth of chemicals. The problem is is that we have no idea in which order to put the chemicals. Different websites to give different orders and the number of hours to wait between. We need some serious help.
It is an in ground, krystal krete pool approximately 8000 gallons of water. We are in Sarasota Florida and get a lot of rain each day. It has a small spa. The filters all seem to be working fine. Although we've had some trouble figuring out the on and off switches and what they do. We decided not to fix the pool heater so that part is missing. We were sold the stabilizer, calcium hardness, liquid chlorine, Chlorine tablets, and Muriatic acid. I have the testing scores but wouldn't know what numbers you needed until you ask.

We need all the numbers you have at this point. But, understand that not much credence is given to pool store testing around here. While you would think that a "professional" would be the best, unfortunately in most cases it is quite the opposite. Between employees who blindly trust the word of chemical sales representatives and high school kids working in the pool store for the summer you end up with poor results from their testing. But, what can you do?? We base our pool care system on accurate testing and only adding what the pool needs, when it needs it. To do that you need your own accurate test kit. Order a TF100 which should give you what you need for a couple of years normal use.

For now we need to make sure you have chlorine in the pool. I you have plain bleach in the house pour one half a bottle in the pool with the pump running. This will be the quickest and easiest way to get the chlorine up quickly.
