Ok I got my PH up to 7.6 and my TA is a little high at 100, but I just added my first round of bleach to shock the pool. My question is how long should I wait to test to see if I'm at the correct shock level for my FC?

Ditto on the 30 mins. w/pump running.
Also, your TA of 100 is fine. No need to lower it unless your pH is constantly rising.
