Figured out why I was getting a no flow reading.

Looks like two tiny wires within. Can I just splice them back together?

Yep, you can just splice them together. I'd probably use butt splices and waterproof shrink tubing or filled wire nuts.

Got it spliced it the no flow light went off. Now no lights come on!

Hmm I've ordered the ICL (Digi-Key Part Number 570-1062-ND) (Manufacturer Part Number SL32 2R025) many find to be the culprit. Didn't have time to inspect mine before I headed to work, but I figured it was worth a shot for $10. I will inspect the board and fuse later this evening.

Got my ICL. Did the world's worst soldering job. And it works!
