I really don't understand CSI numbers. Here is what I have now
FC 6
PH 7.6
TA 70
CH 75
CYA 70
Salt 3000
Water temp 81
According to my calculations my CSI is. -0.93
Is this even close going by my signature? What advise?

In a vinyl pool being overly negative on CSI is not a problem because you don't need to worry about etching the plaster. Just keep avoid letting it go over +0.3 to avoid scaling.

CSI (in particular low CSI) is more of a concern for plaster pools. Your parameters are within range, so I wouldn't fret about the low CSI number since you have a vinyl pool.

Plaster pools require more CH in order to guard against water with low calcium levels from dissolving calcium out of plaster, but this is not a concern in a vinyl pool. Continue focusing on keeping your parameters in range and enjoy your pool.
