You can get the K-2006 or find a way to import the TF-100.

I wish there was.. some people have had some luck with drop shipping things from the states..

I know they are expensive but the Taylor K-2006C is close to the TF100..

There is a place called Lowry's in the GTA that appears to be the Canadian distributor but everything is WAY more expensive than in the US. I use them when necessary but otherwise I use a relative in the US as a mule to bring the stuff to me or if I am going to be in the US for a few days I have it shipped to me when I am there.

Almost. But it is missing the very important FAS-DPD chlorine test which really is key to the recommended test kits.

Have it shipped to a parcel pick up in the us and just hop across the border. It's made in USA so is NAFTA exempt from all duties, so you don't even have to stay overnight in us for the exemption. The border folks will charge you the 5% GST though.
