Upgrade i5+3s to i9+3s

I have 521223 Pentair IntelliTouch i5+3S personality board on my 521213 Pentair IntelliTouch Load Center.

I need to upgrade from i5 to i9.
Can I just upgrade the PCB (520267 Intellitouch i9 + 3 Personality Pentair Auto PCB) and keep the same face ( 521230 OCP BEZEL, i5+3S) and the PCB that's attached to it?

In other words, what makes i5 an i5 vs. i9 ?

The personality board that you are wanting to swap out (and adding 4 more aux's)!

You may notice at the top of your existing bezel the graphic depicting the different Intellitouch abilities. Mainly the addition of more aux's. Just be careful when swapping out the personality boards, remember, there is a socket that you need to negotiate before you start screwing in the screws.

And depending on how old your existing board is vs. your new one, you may also be benefiting from firmware upgrades.
