Good Prioce? Bad Price? Cost of Bleach - Is $.60.\L or gt, for 12%

My pool store sells 12 percent bleach for $.60/litre, which is basically a quart. I haven't shopped around for bleach but this seems reasonable to me, as they probably sell this as a lost leader, as the price of everything else there is sky high.

Good Price? Bad Price? Any of those that shop for bleach have any comments?
