Blue water /maybe filter issues thou

Hello well I have a 27 foot pool n my pump is a 1 horse hayward flo pump with a star filter . I have tested my water n its alkinlinty is good ph is good n chlorine is good too. But the problem is my filter starts with good flow then dies out to nothing then we turn the dial to clean it n it goes again for maybe 10 min then stops again why can someone give me answers

Hello D & R, and nice to have you back with us. Any chance you can post a full set of test results for us to review? That will be key in determining what is happening with your water and filter. Also, for the blue water ... have you added any pool store products like algaecides?
