Glad to be signing up for this forum. I've looked around and there's a LOT of good knowledge, here.
I purchased my home and with it my pool a year ago as of just yesterday. Last year the equipment worked well enough and with a basic chlorine test kit (probably just TC), I was able to keep the pool clear. This summer, as I've opened it, the equipment has proved problematic and the water is still a bit murky. So I'm here to take charge of my pool and get it up to my standards, overall.
I don't currently have a test kit that will allow me to provide pool chemical levels in keeping with this forum's standards. So that'll be one of my first purchases. Next is upgrading some of the pool equipment. For that, I'll post a separate thread.
