I have an above ground 15x42 summer escapes pool. We just started opening the pool for the season and the pump motor won't come on. I'm wondering if we need a better pump/filter system because this one has never kept the pool really clean. It came with an F1000C. We've only had the pool a couple years so I'm not very experienced.
