Can't solve cloudy pool.

HELP! I just can't seem to get my pool clear. We have a 15ft round above ground pool that we are opening for the season. Most recently we tried using HTH Blue to Green. It didn't help at all. We vacuumed it to waste and then added ph plus. Still not right. Here is a pic of the water today and test strip.

Welcome to the forum.

We have no faith in test strips. They are just not accurate enough.

I would suggest you read "The ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry" up in Pool School. If you find that information compelling, we're gonna ask you to get a kit that will provide those numbers you (and us) need to get your pool sparkling. It can be done but you will have to be willing to take a new path.

First thing to do is order a good test kit. I buy mine at TFTestkits.net. Get the TF100, it's great!
