The water flow in my inground pools pump is low. The vacuum won't work and I can't figure it out. We run the pool year round and replaced the pump last year. I've flushed the skimmer line cleaned all baskets and filters but the pump is still only about half full and just won't cooperate. Switched to main drain with no changes. Any help would be appreciated before I jump into a pool that I can't clean.
