I am a new pool owner, I set up a 24 ft. round pool. I over looked the fact that my power source needs to be be buried 18 to 24 inches. The pool sits partially on my septic lines. I want to move the filter and pump approx. 15 ft from where it is now. My question is is it ok to have longer hoses ?

Hello Mike and welcome to TFP. In most cases, pumps can support an additional 15ft with no problem. At some point, don't forget to update your signature with all of that pool and equipment info for us.
