Can anyone give me some guidance on how to set up the mobile app. I ran and connected the ethernet cable (static IP is showing but Dynamic doesn't have any numbers). I downloaded the app but I dont know how to get an account login and password. cant find any information at all on the web or in the manual and 45 minutes of holding was when I hung up today. would appreciate any help I could get,
