Eyeball fittings for a non threaded 1.5" pipe?

I have an inground gunite pool with 1.5" returns which sit flushed with the wall and are not threaded. I'd like to install directional eyeballs. Any suggestions for adapters or how to make that work? All the fittings I find need threading.
