Hayward or Pentair Variable Speed Pumps

I'm considering the following two pumps, to replace my existing .75hp Jandy ProFlo single speed pump. If anyone has any suggestions on which would be better (Support, Warranty, Quality, Performance), I would like to hear your opinion. My city offers a $200 credit, so the total price would be $700. So, it seems it's likely to pay for itself in energy saving in the first 1-2 years.

Brand: Pentair
Model: IntelliFlo Variable Speed
Price: $900
Waranty: 1 year

or
Brand: Hayward
Model: TriStar VS Variable Speed SP3200VSP
Price: $900
Waranty: 1 year

This will be a Ford vs Chevy conversation. Pentair was the pioneer in the VS pump market. I love my Pentair Intelliflo and will buy another one within 19 seconds of it failing.

pooldv, I'd do it in 18 seconds... :p

Placer, Everyone loves what they have. I'm a Pentair kind of guy, mainly because that is the systems I have. I have no experience with the other brands. If I had to do another pool today the equipment would be Pentair, not because they are necessarily better, but just because that is what has worked well for me in the past. I suspect all majors brands are about the same.

On the other hand, "everyone" knows Pentair is really better.. :stirpot:
