blue stains emptied in-ground plastered pool

Howdy,We have drained our 45 year old in-ground plastered pool. We have re-plastered places where plaster came off. We are ready to fill. We have light blue stains all over the plaster surface. What removes the stains? Should it be remedied before filling?

Blue is usually copper. Can't tell for sure based on your pictures.
