Current results (bromine), what to fix first?

As of this morning we have not used it since switching to bromine as Br level has been too high

pH 7.5

Br 15.75? (Using FC test from TF-100, 14 drops*.5*2.25) added 2 oz hydrogen peroxide yesterday, should I add 2 more?

CH 100 (s/b 120-150) add hardness or am I close enough?

TA 30 (s/b 100) add baking soda?

Temp 100

Borates not added yet (s/b 50)

What order should I fix these? Do I need to wait for one to be correct before I move on to the next?

Is this for a spa or pool? CH is probably OK, if it foams up any then increase to 150. TA should be more like 50 or 60 , raise it to 50 now. Test PH in 15 minutes and adjust to 7.6.

I don't know much about borates.
