How long should it take my Vacuum Pool cleaner to clean my pool

Hi Everyone.

I am new to owning a pool and still in the learning stage. I am currently learning pool school and the chemicals. However I am trying to figure out if my pool cleaner is tired. I currently have a rectangle pool (8000 Gal) and I am trying to figure out how long it should take the clean to clean the pool? My pool cleaner is a Hayward but there is no model number on it.

Hi Woodyp,

I am not sure what model it is as there is no markings on it except and old Hayward sticker on the top. I have attached a photo of what I could find online that it looks like.

For me I run mine 3 hours every morning. My pool has been clean since the build was completed a few months ago.

~3 hours for me as well, Pentair Rebel (copycat of the "The Pool Cleaner"). Once or twice a week for me.
